Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED. IF THE EVENT GETS CANCELLED YOU ARE INITIALED TO A FULL REFUND. Your ticket grants you access to the Hella House Party experience for the date and time listed on your ticket.

21+ Event: Valid government-issued ID is required for entry. No exceptions.

Entry: All guests are subject to security screening. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, threatening, or violates event rules.ย 

No Outside Food or Beverages: Outside food, drinks, or unauthorized substances are not permitted.
